We started this blog because we are passionate about clients' rights. Specially the type of client who for no fault of their own, their so called "GOOD" Lawyer ruined their good case and left them hanging out to dry.

Right of the bat, we'd like to state that out of the 175,435 current lawyers in California, a great majority of them are hard and honest professionals, who on a daily basis and in a zealous manner, advocate for their client’s rights and provide excellent legal services.

However, like in any other professional field, there are some BAD, so called "GOOD" Lawyers throughout the country, who simply DO NOT give their clients and their good cases 100% of their efforts for various reasons, and as a result, they end up hurting those same clients they swore to protect.

Feeling abandoned, cheated, and trapped, these same clients often times feel powerless and think that their BAD, so called "GOOD" Lawyer simply "got away" with ruining their once good case, and that there is nothing that could be done about it.

In our blog GOOD LAWYERS DO NOT HURT THEIR CLIENTS , We will provide you with steps and ideas to report these types of abuses to the proper governmental agencies which often times can punish and even help in redressing your BAD, so called "GOOD" Lawyer’s conduct.

DEAR HURT CLIENT

We are assuming you chose this blog because your good case is being or was mishandled, ruined, and/or subsequently lost, by your BAD, LAZY & ARROGANT LAWYER for no fault of your own, and now you want justice, you feel lost and don’t know where to turn.

Maybe you have tried to deal with this situation all by yourself directly with your BAD, LAZY & ARROGANT lawyer to no avail, and now you are getting nothing but grief, aggravation, the cold-shoulder, the runaround by his accomplice office staff, and you've become a persona non- grata in his office, and when you tried to call him/her, your calls aren't answered or messages left aren’t being returned. Here are some of the possibilities how your BAD, LAZY & ARROGANT LAWYER could have ruined and lost your case for no fault of your own..

1. Perhaps your BAD, LAZY & ARROGANT lawyer lost your case, because he failed to file your case against the Defendants on time.

2. Perhaps your BAD, LAZY & ARROGANT lawyer lost your case in a Summary Judgement Motion because he failed to know the proper law on the issues.

12. Perhaps your BAD, LAZY & ARROGANT lawyer simply saw you on the day you retained him/her and you haven’t heard from him/her for a very long time.

13. Perhaps you never even saw your BAD, LAZY & ARROGANT lawyer because you picked him through the Internet and he simply sent you his retainer agreement in the mail, and he settled your case without your knowledge.

15. Perhaps your BAD, LAZY & ARROGANT lawyer simply took a larger portion of your settlement, by calling it “attorneys fees” and now you are out of that money.

17. Perhaps your BAD, LAZY & ARROGANT lawyer took you out on a date after you retained him on a divorce matter and had sex with you, and now he won’t talk to you.

18. Perhaps your BAD, LAZY & ARROGANT lawyer simply closed his office and never told you about it.

As you can see the situations for your loss are endless. Maybe you still remember the words your BAD, LAZY & ARROGANT lawyer told you when you first retained him/her. Maybe he told you something like “Don’t worry about anything. You have an excellent case.We gonna make them pay. We are gonna fix your problem” and now you find yourself in a legal, financial, emotional and physical bind.

Perhaps you're depressed, even angry, and definitely want some answers and solutions to a problem that was caused by your trusted professional. Fortunately your solutions boil down to 5 possible options. They are:
